Pictures

Here are the pictures. First one is of the culprit (the leg of the piano) and the second is of Faith's eye. Hard to tell but it is black and blue. She doesn't seem to be bothered by it at all. So that is good. Stitches will be removed on Tuesday.

First Big Boom

Well...every child has their first big boom and tonight was Faith's. She was walking and lost her balance and fell into the leg of the piano. She started bawling and I got her up and saw that her eyebrow was bleeding. James got cold clothes to put on it and off to the Urgent Care we went. She has 2 stitches in her eyebrow. She was a trooper! I think this was more dramatic for me than Faith. My poor baby girl! Pictures to come tomorrow.

Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho...

...it's off to work I go!! Yup, that's right. I am heading back to the work world. I got hired yesterday at Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic in Jenison. I will be working part time. I am super excited to start. This is going to be so great for us for so many reasons. I have been feeling kinda antsy lately and just feel like I need to do something more and so I started looking for jobs and this one came across my path and it just felt right the whole time. I had 2 interviews and also job shadowed there last week. This is an answer to many many prayers! I will start next week Thursday. The hours are perfect and just what I was looking for. I'll be working roughly 15 hours a week which is what I wanted. I didn't want to work a lot of hours and be away from my family. So this is excellent!!
Thanks to all of you who have been praying for us. We have felt your prayers!

Uncle Kevin

My brother was in town last night thru today and Faith just LOVES her uncle Kev! She sits so well on his lap for him and just loves making faces at him. Here are some pictures that were captured today.

No Shirt...No Problem!!

Here are some pictures of Faith before her nap (in clothes!) and then one of her after her nap. Notice no shirt on. Her socks aren't on either, but you can't see that in the picture. She just cracks me up!

Quick Update

Just got Faith up from her nap to find that she had taken off all her clothes. Only thing still on was her diaper. Crazy girl!! Hope this doesn't become a daily occurance with her!
