Our Week in a Nutshell

This week has gone by too quickly! We enjoyed time with family a lot this week and also friends. James has his first week of work at FeyenZylstra under his belt. He worked a ton of hours this week. Poor guy even had to work today! But now he's enjoying time home tonight and tomorrow. Hopefully next week will go well for him also.
Last night James took me out on a date. It was so nice to just get out the two of us and relax the entire evening. We went to dinner, did some shopping and out for ice cream! We talked a bunch which was good. We didn't get a lot of time together this past week so it was good that we had last night.
James is looking forward to the Cadet season starting again. He had a meeting this past week for it and has another meeting this week and then I believe they start the week after Labor Day. He will be busy with Cadets this year as he is not only a leader, but also on the council board for Cadets. He's looking forward to a good year.
Faith is walking more and more every day. She doesn't crawl as much anymore. She will choose to crawl if she wants to get somewhere quickly but that's about it. She's learning how to stack her toys and put toys "in" and "out". It's amazing how quickly she learns!
As for me...well...I've been busy keeping the house cleaned and also getting ready for our Bible Study to start up. We are the leaders so I had a bunch of things to get ready. Sure is fun though. We are looking forward to it!
